The room size was generous. I particularly appreciated the large bathroom. It featured both a separate shower and a bathtub. A fan kept the room comfortable.

quality linen big beds bottled milk
The staff were genuinely happy to serve us. breakfast was a feast, with a great choice!!! the room felt indulgent. I loved the quality linen. fresh bottled milk was in the fridge. So charming.
The tv took a while to work out. There were no instructions available.

vegetarian absence dry gnocchi
the room was generally acceptable.
The absence of a proper vegetarian option on the lunch menu was a letdown. All ten main courses featured meat or fish. i was offered soup or a cheese sandwich as an alternative. the vegetarian dish i eventually got was dry gnocchi and charred vegetables. It did not impress.

The breakfast choices were amazing with cute and helpful staff.
The spa was fully booked for my entire two-night stay. I was told management would contact me, but I never received a call. The hotel seems more focused on afternoon tea guests, causing significant delays in drink service.

quality eggs friendly staff christmas decor
the breakfast presented an excellent selection, showcasing quality ordered eggs. friendly staff provided excellent service. i appreciated the christmas decor. the beautiful room contributed to an really good experience.
The reception seemed understaffed at checkout. I waited fifteen minutes.

the room featured naming after scottish landmarks which was a nice little touch. the bed provided comfort and felt luxurious. a continental option offered fresh choices, and the rowie was a nice local touch.
